  Let me start by saying I hate reviews because I feel most are written based on a single bad experience and typically out of anger. I have been to this location 3 times. I was a regular at the Cedar Rapids location, which was nothing short of spectacular. However, at this establishment, I've gone with my special lady friend each time and it has come to the point that I will no longer try.
  First time we went, it was maybe 50% capacity. We were seated in the bar, my wife was pregnant, and the seating was not ideal. Service was slow, (~1.25hrs from start to finish) as there appeared to be a single server for the entire area. Food was as I remembered (if you don't know about the garlic fries, you don't know what you're missing).
  Second time, it was much busier and we were again seated in the bar. This was now really odd. I looked and noticed that the entire main restaurant was filled with people with children, and if you had no children, you were apparently sent to the bar. Frustrating, as my wife was still pregnant and getting up to those stools can be a pain. Service was even worse, as from start to finish it was more than an hour and a half.
  Third, and last time, again 50% capacity. We were yet again taken to the bar (nobody ever asked if that was okay with us), and my still pregnant wife said "we would like to sit in the main dining area." The staff seemed confused, but obliged. We sat at a table, still noticed that every other table had children, and never got so much as a drink request in 35 minutes. We walked out. Went across the street to fuddruckers.
  I seriously hate it that the service is the reason for me to choose alternative dining locations, but my confusion at their seating strategy and nearly invisible service has taken me beyond frustration.

  Service is 0/5, and this is not an exaggeration

  I don't know that I would recommend or return to this restaurant. Out of eight in our party, four of us had our food screwed up. The waitress took our ketchup bottle and never brought it back. We asked for things like mayo and ranch, and waited 15 minutes to get it. Asked for refills and waited at least five minutes. Had to completely reorder one meal...We got it after the rest of us were done. Can say this was definitely a bad dining experience. But at least the food tasted good...

  First off we weren't acknowledged by our waitress for the first 10 minutes. It was eh. It was pretty slow. We waited so damn long for our drinks, I was getting so parched I nearly burst in anger. Not only that but they forgot to bring out gosh darn silverware. How do I eat onion rings without a fork or even a napkin. Pretty disappointed.
