I got their black bean soup which is a great soup but found a huge piece of chicken at the bottom. I went to tell the management so that other vegetarians would not be getting the same soup with the chicken in it and they told me that I should have brought it to them sooner and that then something could be done about this. This was very unkind and unprofessional. I will not be visiting this Panera Bread again because their lack of concern and empathy was disturbing.November 06, 2016
