Valerie, the manager during the Cy-Hawks half time, was the Mgr on duty. Waited 7 minutes for a number 1 no lettuce and a number 2 no pickle. While the grill slips state just that, they both have what we didn't want on them. She made excuses as to how they have someone new working on the grill tonight. How hard is it to NOT put something on a burger??? But then to tape a grill slip on something you know isn't right, really?! Offered to replace it after the game is over. No, I'm ordering chinese now and want 'sorry about our mess up cards' but nah. She said soory about that. I will be making a call to the GM or DM. 17 YEARS... seriously!!??June 23, 2016
